PRC’s Crewzer Cohort Program is a six-month leadership initiative designed for community members who want to take an active role in shaping the future of PIONEERS Run Crew. Participants help lead weekly run meets, assist in planning seasonal events, and keep their ears to the ground for insights and ideas from the community. Established at the start of 2024, the program empowers members to step into leadership positions, driving growth and innovation within PRC.
